Legislative Updates Impacting HR
Amanda F. Esch is a partner with Davis & Cannon, LLP, a Wyoming law firm with offices in Sheridan, Buffalo, Cheyenne, and Gillette. Amanda works with clients all over the State addressing employee issues and concerns—assisting with best practices, policies, and conducting independent workplace investigations. She regularly defends clients in Wyoming and federal courts, as well as in front of administrative agencies such as the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services and the EEOC. Amanda has been recognized by various publications such as Chambers and Super Lawyers for her work, and she loves problem solving with the many qualified human resources professionals around the State.
Artificial Intelligence and HR
Mary has over 20 years of experience as a human resources professional. She has worked in the Human Resources field in a variety of industries, including government, health care, and private industry. She has achieved the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certification (SHRM-SCP), and has served as a volunteer leader in several roles in her local chapter and State Council for SHRM.
