Carmen Clayton has been the supervisor of the Records Management Unit and the State Imaging Center at Wyoming State Archives for seven years, previously an archaeologist with Wyoming State. Carmen has a bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Art and a master's degree in American Studies, all obtained from the University of Wyoming. She will present on a variety of topics, including records management best practices, information around developing and adopting retention schedules, and best practices for going digital.
