Laurie Enke joined Employers Council as a Human Resources Consultant in 2019. She has 25 years of generalist experience in various industries, ranging from boat manufacturing to the ski resort business. She advises and trains members on a variety of HR matters, including performance management, talent acquisition and retention, and total rewards.
