About Us

    The Big Horn Mountain Chapter of SHRM is an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management; the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management. The Chapter was formed in March of 1985 at that time known as American Society of Personnel Administrators (ASPA). The name was changed in September of 1989 when the national organization changed its name to the Society for Human Resource Management. The Big Horn Mountain Chapter currently has 72 members. 

    The Big Horn Mountain Chapter is a fun and knowledgeable team of Human Resource professionals who strive to provide our community with current HR information and resources as well as networking and professional development opportunities.
