Jill Reinking is the Senior Health Policy Analyst for the Wyoming Department of Insurance. This
position perfectly combines her professional experience with her passion for serving the
citizens of Wyoming. She has worked in the Wyoming state government for over 23 years. In
that time she worked for the Attorney General’s Office, Department of Health and Legislative
Service Office. Jill currently follows state and federal health care issues, state and federal
legislation and assists with rules in the Department of Insurance. In addition, she manages the
complaint process for the new Prior Authorization law. When not following health insurance
issues, Jill can be found camping with her husband Troy or reading a book with her Maine Coon
cat, Hank. Jill is also a long suffering Minnesota Viking fan. Jill is the proud parent of two adult
children: Nicole, an Emergency Department nurse in Tyler, TX and Hunter a fabrication welder in Cheyenne, WY.
